In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain a jet77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jet77 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product verticals. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and third-party representatives may not register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jet77 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of jet77 or any of its affiliated studio or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through jet77's Responsible Gaming tools or any nationally recognised gambling self-exclusion registry.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, jet77 collects the following information: full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — for example, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, or Yogyakarta), email address, and a mobile phone number. This information is processed in accordance with the jet77 Privacy Policy.

jet77 reserves the right to request identity-verification documents at any stage of the membership lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence; a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address dated within the last three months; and a selfie photograph with the identity document. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or place wagers on behalf of any third party using your Account.

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jet77 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Indonesian payment channels.

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods

jet77 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by channel and are published on the jet77 deposit page within the Member Account area.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. jet77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, the Member's Account must have passed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per channel. Current minimums are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Member Account area.
• jet77 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within 30–120 minutes, subject to inter-bank clearing schedules.
• jet77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed a certain threshold or that display unusual transaction patterns. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours.
• Any funds deposited but not wagered at least once in full may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at jet77's discretion, to cover payment channel costs.

4.3 Prohibited Funding Sources

Members must not deposit funds derived from any unlawful activity. jet77 complies with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Deposits made by credit card issued in Indonesia are not accepted.

jet77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sportsbook wagers at stated odds 100%. Full contribution tables are available in the Member Account area.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from crediting) will expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Abuse: jet77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has abused the bonus system, colluded with other Members, or exploited a technical error to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Right to Withdraw Prior to Completion: A Member may request to forfeit an active bonus. Upon forfeiture, any remaining Bonus Funds and winnings attributable to them will be removed, and the Account's real-money balance may be restored to its state prior to bonus activation, subject to jet77's bonus-forfeiture procedure.

jet77 prohibits the use of automated betting tools, bots, arbitrage software, or any other technology designed to gain a systematic advantage over the platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

jet77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Members seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools — accessible via the Member Account settings panel — to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated alerts that notify them after a session of a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-up notifications displaying elapsed time and net session profit/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily exclude themselves from the jet77 platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be activated by contacting support at [email protected].

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jet77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or publicly display any portion of the jet77 platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the jet77 brand name, trademarks, or logos in any external publication, website, or marketing material without prior written consent from jet77.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jet77 platform by automated means.

jet77 collects and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Member data is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and — where consent has been given — promotional communications. jet77 does not sell Member personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the jet77 platform is protected by 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Sensitive financial data, including payment method details, is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers and is never stored on jet77 servers in unencrypted form.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jet77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game studios shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, business, data, or goodwill, whether arising directly or indirectly from use of the jet77 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service, caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, cyberattacks, or events beyond jet77's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, and natural disasters).
• Any loss suffered as a result of a Member sharing their Account credentials with a third party or failing to maintain the security of their login details.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jet77 platform.
• Any wager outcome, including where a Member believes an error in odds display, game software, or market settlement has occurred — subject to jet77's published dispute-resolution process.

jet77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software tools.
• A Member being found to be under the age of 21.
• A legally mandated request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Conduct that jet77 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward its staff or other Members.

Upon Account closure for cause, jet77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including verified real-money funds — where the closure arises from fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or illegal conduct. In cases of Account closure not attributable to Member fault (for example, closure due to a platform withdrawal from a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Members may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment method following completion of the standard KYC process.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jet77 holds its international gambling licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Members upon request via the support team.

jet77 operates under an internationally recognised gambling licence issued by a reputable licensing authority. Details of the current licence, including the issuing authority and licence number, are available to verified Members upon written request to the support team.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to jet77's internal dispute-resolution process. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 28 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by the licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.

jet77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects Member rights or obligations, jet77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Member's Account, or via a prominent notice on the jet77 platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law — jet77 may update these Terms & Conditions with immediate effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of each revision.

Continued use of the jet77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
